Adolfo is an architect with over 20 years of experience. He has worked on a series of major projects in sectors including public infrastructure, urban development and more. He boasts an extensive track record in developing renewable energy plants. He has held a variety of roles at renowned architecture studios, most notably serving as CEO of Santiago Calatrava.

Director of Engineering
Industrial Engineer, he was in charge of Engineering and Systems at the National Accelerator Center (CNA) integrated into the CSIC (Spanish National Research Council). He held various positions at Elmya, a company in the energy sector, as the head of engineering for 15 solar projects spread across five countries, with a total capacity of over 1 GW, and managed a portfolio of 2.5GW of solar and storage projects within the same company.
Head of Legal Department
Bosco holds a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s in Law from Instituto de Empresa. He benefits from an extensive track record in the renewable energy sector, having worked in the corporate departments of several TIER 1 law firms (with a particular focus on M&A advisory and Finance), as well as acting as in-house lawyer for multiple companies in the sector.
Head of Development
Clara is a Senior Industrial Engineer specialising in electricity and electronics, with over 14 years of experience in the fields of engineering, business development and project development. She has worked for major multinational energy corporations, primarily in the solar energy sector, leading international projects across America, Africa, Europe and Asia.
Head of Structured Financing
Ignacio holds a degree in Business Management and Administration, and served as Structured Financing Analyst at Abengoa, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Project Finance. He then went on to serve as Head of Structured Financing at COX Energy.
Ignacio benefits from extensive experience in financing photovoltaic solar energy projects, with a combined installed capacity of more than 500 Mwp.
Board Member
Joaquin has extensive experience in financing renewable energy projects in Europe and Latin America.
He served as Head of Business Development at X-ELIO, and as CFO at Gestamp Solar and Gamesa Solar. Between 1995 and 2005, he worked as Head of Finance for Global Energy Services, one of the world's leading developers of wind farm and solar plants.
Board Member
Lamberto served as Vice President of Development in Europe and Latin America at Grupo Sonnedix, Europe's largest independent producer of photovoltaic solar power. He also held the role of Managing Director at Solaire Direct (now known as Engie Solar) in Mexico and Central America.
He was a founding member and Managing Director of Africa Energy Corporation, the first independent producer of renewable energy in Namibia and Botswana. Lamberto previously held a series of management roles for several firms such as DHL and IBM.
Head of Communication
Javier holds a degree in journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and has worked for a range of financial publications including Expansión and Cinco Días, where he held senior positions in the Stock Market, Finance and Business sections, as well as covering more general news items at Diario 16. In 1997, he was appointed Head of Communications at Aldeasa. He also headed up the Madrid office of consultancy firm Citigate Sanchis, and served as Head of Communications for a number of foundations and corporations. Javier boasts a wealth of experience in designing and rolling out Strategic Communications Plans for businesses and public institutions.
