Todays 619MW acquisition will betransformational for CTGS, bringing our total solar PV presence in Spain to just over 1GW forthe coming years, a strong complement to CTGs global wind and hydro portfolio. We look forward to working with such a professional team and organization to deliver on this transactionand tackle new challenges and opportunities in the energy transition.

Now,only 3 years since its inception, we have the great privilege of making our first asset rotation toCTG, the worlds foremost renewables owner. We continue our commitment to decarbonize theplanet and support our local communities through the delivery and construction of these assetsfor the long-term, together with our technical, financial and construction partners.
